Friday, November 30th, 2007Un petit article intéressant pour savoir comment bien embaucher un developpeur ruby on rails.
Je profite de ce petit billet inutile pour faire la promotion de ruby on rails, je ne suis qu’un débutant (à peine deux mois que je bosse sur du rails) mais j’aime ce langage, tellement plus développer friendly que le Java par exemple (et j’aimais le java avant parce que c’était tellement plus facile que le C++ ;-) ).
A part ça je suis toujours en train de réfléchir à fond sur mon avenir, si quelqu’un à la solution je suis preneur ;-).
Tu peux peut-être travailler sur rails, mais d’un autre genre…

You ought to seriously think about working on developing this blog into a major authority in this market. You certainly have a grasp handle of the subjects everyone is looking for on this site anyways and you could certainly even make a buck or two off of some advertisements. I would explore following recent topics and raising the amount of write ups you put up and I guarantee you’d begin seeing some awesome traffic in the near future. I was just talking with my friend about this the other day at dinner . Don’t remember how we landed on the subject actually , they brought it up. I do recall having a wonderful steak salad with sunflower seeds on it. I digress…
@chels I know what you mean, its hard to find good help these days. People now days just don’t have the work ethic they used to have. I mean consider whoever wrote this post, they must have been working hard to write that good and it took a good bit of their time I am sure. I work with people who couldn’t write like this if they tried, and getting them to try is hard enough as it is.
