Deux nouvelles qui en soit n’ont pas grand chose a voir, quoique…

  • Selon une étude la chute du marché du disque (album de musique) en Grande Bretagne ne serait causé qu’à 18% par le piratage. Les principales causes de cette chute seraient la vente des titres en ligne à l’unité sur internet et la baisse de la valeur de l’objet aux yeux des consommateurs à cause de la grande distribution.
    Etrange si je comprend bien l’industrie du disque s’est tué elle même en voulant vendre plus… pourtant on m’a toujours dit qu’il ne fallait pas avoir les yeux plus gros que le ventre ;-).

  • La justice espagnole vient de rendre une décisio, considérant non illégal les sites de liens vers des fichiers piratés. Cette décision est a mettre en relation a celle qui autorisait les utilisateurs a partager des fichiers tant qu’ils n’en tiraient pas de bénéfices… A ce stade l’ensemble du fonctionnement des réseaux peer to peer est donc légal en Espagne.

Alors maintenant pourquoi ai-je publié ces deux news ensemble ?

Selon moi il serait bon que l’industrie du disque, pour son bien, arrête d’essayer de faire de l’argent.

Je suis persuadé que l’ensemble de ses mesures contre le piratage lui font plus de mal que de bien, on ne peux de toute façon plus arreter une pratique considerée comme normale par la majorité des gens.

Et si ce qui peux sauver l’industrie du disque c’étais justement ceux que l’industrie du disque a petit à petit abandonné pour faire plus d’argents..

Les Disquaires (ou magasins spécialisés dans la vente de musique si vous préferez).

Personnellement si je vais chez un disquaire je trouve normal de payer un album un peu plus d’une vingtaine d’euros, prix que je trouve intolérable dans un supermarché. Simplement parce que l’objet est perçu différement.
