  • Qui a dit que le piratage faisait du mal au artistes? Apparement c’est totalement faux, en tout cas pour les Etats unis en effet : “les artistes ont touché cette année plus que l’année précédente, malgré un marché du disque toujours en baisse”. Plus d’infos. Peut être est ce juste les majors du disque qui n’ont pas sut se recycler qui souffrent… est ce vraiment un mal ?
  • Columbia records vient de confier sa direction à Rick Rubin (producteur renommé, qui produit notament les red hot chili peppers) et ce dans le but de sauver l’industrie du disque. Une de ses phrases me plait beaucoup : “Le modèle de souscription est le seul moyen de sauver l’industrie du disque. Si la musique est facilement accessible pour cinq ou six dollars par mois, personne ne la volera.” espérons qu’il arrivera à rendre réelle cette affirmation. (tient c’est bizarre ça me rapelle une certaine licence globale) Plus d’infos.
  • Amazon va lancer un service de téléchargement de musique sans DRM cette offre sortira le 17 septembre, est ce la fin de la domination du marché par itunes ?
